We had quite a blizzard on Christmas Eve.
Rusty spent most of the time inside the house after he took a tromp out thru the snow. He is good at holding the rug down in my kitchen. The cats are all begging for breakfast Christmas morning.
If you've followed me very long, you've seen lots of pictures of this windmill and barn. It's still a great way to show the seasons.
We had a record low last night, and I'm sure it's colder north of here. You can keep it 'cause this warm-weather lover is ready for summer.
I definitely have lots of pictures to catch up, so hope you see you again sooner next time.

brrrr ... oh COURSE i noticed that you are back!
Happy New Year to you! How neat seeing the windmill and barn in the snow, shivering in the wind. Now how about some new photos of the babies, did Santa treat them well?

I most certainly DID notice you are back! I've missed you. Welcome back, now try to stay warm!!
I was wondering what happened to you. I check by every few days so I was surprised when I saw you had a post. I am your neighbor (in Arkansas ha ha) and was a little worried about you.
I love your kitties, but I kept hoping to see news of your quilting and farm life. Glad you are back. Gwynette in NW Arkansas
Mama is BACK!! Of course we noticed! I'm glad all is well. I rarely leave a comment, but I do check in at least weekly.
I'm in Tulsa and it's cold here too. Though Friday and Saturday will be the worst and by far the coldest.
YIPPEE! She is backkkkkkk ...
Missed ya, sweetie.
So glad you are back! I live north of Tahlequah and love to read about a fellow Oakie even though I don't have a blog. We did used to live in both Lawton and Frederick.
Good to see you again!! :)
Happy 2010 ~ Jeanne
Has FB taken you away from your blog? I'm glad to see you posting your quilts...love seeing your talent. How have things been going....I hardly see you on FB anymore either...all well?
Yes, I'm glad you are back. I check back on you every now and then and just figured the farm, work and family took first place...We did miss you but you can always catch up with us. Take care...hugs from Texas, Linda
Love your cats! My 6 year old son misses his collection of "stray" cats so much - he only wanted Santa to bring him his favorite one. Someone is taking care of them while we are away for the winter and soon enough it will be summer and he will be loving them again! Cheers! Evelyn
Poor Rusty - you need somedog to hold down that rug!
