The boys have already decided that he likes me the best.
Oh yeah....his name is Rusty. Isn't he purdy? He's about 80 lbs. too and can lay his head on the kitchen table with no problem. If he grows into his feet, I'll be feeding a monster.
Here's what I'm still working on. After seeing several making string quilts, I joined in but decided to make my centers solid-string blocks. I think I like it better this way than a previously posted star. I have enough HST to make 9 of these stars--yes an odd number to make into a quilt. The HST's are 6 1/2".

CUTE - took me a while to find his nose... (I was seeing his nose as the collar - making an awkward snout to say the least!) How does he like the cats?
OK-- I'm in love with the pup... where did you find him....I have teenagers... maybe we can work out deal....
Oh I'm so glad to see that you have a new pet to take care of. Looks like he is quite at home in amongst the fabric.
Hugs
Congratulations! Rusty is so cute! He is lucky to have you and your family to love him.
Last nigh when hubby and I were in bed with our three dogs I said if we lived in a glass house what people would say and think about us.
Love the string blocks! I have to work on mine.
So very cute - both the pup and the string blocks!
*hugs*

Welcome, Rusty! Gotta love them big puppies, glad he came to take up some room on the carpet and in your heart.
Rusty IS a pretty dog. My brother has a chocolate lab and Sophie is so good with the four kids.
I am liking how this string star is turning out! Good going!
And, congrats on the house beginning--this time of year the weather is apt to do about anything and they can't pour footings and foundation in a pile of mud.
What a cutie! He sure looks like he's made a home with you all.
He's lovely. Good for nothing? I doubt it. All he has to do is love his new Mother (you).
