A new year

Her Daddy finally got to hold her. She took a bottle for the first time yesterday. Her Mama insisted that they try. Rachel drank 1/3 of what she was suppose to get in a feeding, so it won't take her long to learn to drink it all. We're now free of all air tubes and the picc line. Only have the basic monitors hooked up to her.

I've not had much time to comment lately, but I've been reading about this lovely little lady. So glad to see her in her daddy's arms! Hope to hear real soon that she is home and see a pic of you holding her.

Sewing machines at the dumpster? I can understand a junky one, but both of those are NOT junky! Great find.
