Besides having a FIL to pass away, DH had an uncle and DIL had a Grandmother to go. I've had several people tell me that tragedy always comes in three...so ENOUGH!
But, in all the sadness guess who came to visit?!

Mia will turn 2 in January. She has her own language and jabbers non-stop. I hate to admit it, but she loves PaPa more than me...but, how can I top a ride in the tractor!

Oh my she's lovely... and don't worry about PaPa... there's plenty of time to swing her over to your side! LOL
I'm trying to think of something prophetic to say about death and life but ... that darling child is what life is about. 8-))
I'm so sorry for all of the loss. It so frequently does come in bunches and that is hard. Thank God for the bright spots like your cute little Mia!
Sorry about all the losses in the family. Here too. We've lost my husband's favorite aunt and an uncle, my grandmother, numerous members of our community (two funerals have been held in the school in the last 3 weeks) and yesterday morning my horse died (I raised him from the day he was born 25 years ago). I wish death would just go away for a while.
