The construction crew has been real nice to my pooch but I think he provides a little entertainment during breaks. I know he's ate a few extra McDonald hamburgers and drank leftover Gatorade.
I've warned the guys not to leave anything overnight that they don't want Rusty to bring to the back door. This is the first crew I've been around that cleans up after themselves too......thanx Rusty!
On the quilty side, I have been working on my string stars. Have decided to set them on-point, so it's going to take a few extra to get it to the size I want. After this picture was taken, I have two more stars assembled. The HST's are already made, so it's just the center string blocks to make.
Each star is 24x24, so it gives you an idea how big it's going to be.

I love that frog pose that Rusty is in. Too too cute!!
I love how your stars are looking, you're doing a great job. Rusty sounds like an adorable dog. Rusty is my fave dog's name, it was my Puppa's dog, and I just adored him.

Bet that is a relief to have the concrete work finished especially after it looked like ribbons not all that long ago.
What a sweetie Rusty looks like---is there doggie prints in the concrete then too?
Good job on the star layout--how big of a quilt are you making then?
I love your string stars. I'm thinking it would be a good thing to do with the leftover heartsting blocks I have. That way I could make the HST blocks instead of whole blocks to finish out.
